Randel was raised in Vernon, he volunteered at a Christian school in the South Pacific before attending Youth with a Mission Discipleship Training School in Australia. Randel moved back to Vernon and has been working with the homeless population for over 10yrs. He believes, regardless of age, race or income everyone has intrinsic value.
